Belden BAV 179DT 010 is a low loss serial digital coax in ultra-miniature RG-179/U form for precision 75 Ohm video and telecom signal paths. It features a 28.5 AWG solid bare copper conductor with gas-injected foam PE insulation and a PVC jacket. Dual shielding combines Duofoil® (100%) with a 95% tinned copper braid, and the cable is rated Riser-CMR with a UL voltage rating of 300 V RMS.
Key Features
- This low loss serial digital coax uses an ultra-miniature RG-179/U form for precision 75 Ohm signal paths.
- It has a 28.5 AWG solid bare copper conductor (1 conductor).
- Gas-injected foam PE insulation uses a white color code.
- Dual shielding combines Duofoil® (100%) with a tinned copper braid (95%).
- A PVC jacket provides a Riser-CMR rating for indoor riser environments.
