Corning CCH-UM12-04-89G is a universal fiber module for data center connectivity using Single-mode (OS2) fiber. It supports 12 fibers with a universal polarity design and a shuttered LC front interface for secure, high-density patching. The rear interface is MTP®, and the module is housed in a CCH form factor for streamlined panel integration. Optical performance for the hardware is rated at 1.25 dB insertion loss.
