2-Hour Fire Resistive Cable - 18/2C Solid Shielded CI-CIC

This 2-hour fire resistive cable is an 18 AWG, 2-conductor (18/2C) shielded construction with solid bare copper conductors, LSZH silicone rubber insulation, and a flame-retardant jacket. It is dual-rated CI / CIC, meaning it qualifies for circuit integrity in free air without conduit (CI) as well as circuit integrity in conduit (CIC), and it is UL 2196 certified. The 2-hour circuit-integrity rating class is established by UL 2196, which subjects the cable to a combined fire and hose-stream test so that the circuit continues to operate during a fire.
