We have one of the lowest minimum order amounts in the Wire & cable industry of just $50.
For specially made items, there may be higher minimum order amount calculated by feet.
Do you sell internationally?
Sure, we sell internationally to businesses located in countries allowed by U.S. export Laws.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes we do, please contact us if you have larger quantities that require a greater discount.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for standard items per our return policy. Special order and specially cut items are not returnable. Contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure if your order would be returnable.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every effort to ship most orders within 24 hours. If an item requires cutting or other customization, it may take additional time to ship.
What is the handling time?
Our handling time is 24 business hours. Excluding weekends and holidays.
How will I know when my order ships?
As soon as your order ships, we will automatically email you a tracking number.
What trucking companies do you use to ship?
For lighter shipments, we prefer UPS. Heavier shipments are sent via FedEx ground or other major ground carriers. For international shipments we can use your freight forwarder or USPS.
Will you ship freight collect using my UPS account?

Do you charge extra for drop shipping?
We are happy to drop ship your orders at no additional charge.
How do you package orders for shipment?
We package every item carefully in boxes or shrink-wrapped pallets depending on the order size, quantity and weight.

Do you accept international credit card payments?
No, we only accept credit card payments for U.S. customers.

We do not accept charge on delivery orders.
