24 AWG 1-Pair FEP Plenum 200°C Shielded Cable

The RWC-FP24-1PFB is a 24 AWG, 1-pair FEP plenum cable with an overall foil and braid shield, similar to Belden 89841. Two 7x32 stranded tinned copper conductors are twisted into 1 pair and insulated with foam FEP. The cable is protected by a dual-layer overall shield: 100% aluminum foil plus a 90% tinned copper braid, with a 24 AWG stranded tinned copper drain wire. The red FEP outer jacket brings the overall diameter to 0.204 in (5.18 mm).

Rated CMP per NEC Article 800, this cable is approved for installation in plenum air-handling spaces without conduit. The all-FEP construction handles continuous temperatures from −70°C to +200°C (UL rated 200°C) and provides inherent resistance to chemicals, oils, and UV exposure. The dual foil+braid shield with 120 Ohm characteristic impedance makes it ideal for RS-485, PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA, and other serial communication in noisy industrial environments.
