The RWC-FVP24-2PIS is a 24 AWG, 2-pair individually shielded FEP/PVC plenum cable similar to Belden 82729. Four 7x32 stranded tinned copper conductors are twisted into 2 pairs, each insulated with foam FEP. Each pair is individually shielded with 100% aluminum foil and a 24 AWG stranded tinned copper drain wire. The LS-PVC outer jacket brings the overall diameter to 0.257 in (6.53 mm).

Rated CMP per NEC Article 800, this cable is approved for installation in plenum air-handling spaces without conduit. The foam FEP insulation delivers a low capacitance of 13.5 pF/ft and a nominal impedance of 100Ω, making it ideal for RS-232/422 data communications and digital audio. Operating temperature range is 0°C to +75°C.
