The RWC-FPK24-6PIS is a 24 AWG, 6-pair individually shielded foam FEP/Fluorocopolymer plenum cable, similar to Belden 89731. Twelve 7x32 stranded tinned copper conductors are twisted into 6 pairs and insulated with foam FEP. Each pair is individually shielded with 100% aluminum foil and a 24 AWG stranded tinned copper drain wire. The gray Fluorocopolymer outer jacket brings the overall diameter to 0.361 in (9.17 mm).

Rated CMP per NEC Article 800, this cable is approved for installation in plenum air-handling spaces without conduit. The foam FEP insulation provides low capacitance (13.5 pF/ft) and 100 Ohm characteristic impedance, ideal for RS-232/422, digital audio, and multi-channel computer communication applications. Operating temperature range is −20°C to +150°C.
