Alpha Wire 5004C SL001 Xtra Guard 1 is a 4-Conductor, 22 AWG unshielded Control Cable built with Stranded Tinned Copper Conductors for flexible, reliable terminations. It features semi-rigid PVC Insulation and a PVC Jacket, with a 0.032" nominal Jacket wall and an Overall Diameter of 0.189 (0.200 Max.) for easy routing in panels and equipment. The core is cabled with 6.9 Twists/foot (min) and includes a nonwoven polyester tape core wrap (25% overlap, Min.) plus a nylon ripcord for efficient Jacket removal. Rated 300 V and marked for UL/CSA applications per the factory print, it’s a Solid choice for general-purpose wiring where durability and consistent Identification are needed.
