Alpha Wire 5124C SL001 Xtra Guard 1 is a shielded 4-pair performance cable built with 22 AWG Tinned Copper Stranded Conductors and a durable PVC Insulation and Jacket system. It features an overall foil and Braid Shield (braid over foil) with a 22 (7/30) AWG Tinned Copper Drain Wire to help reduce noise in demanding industrial and control applications. The construction includes 8.0 twists/foot (min) per pair and 4.4 twists/foot (min) for the cabled components, plus a nonwoven polyester tape core wrap for added stability. Rated 300 V and marked for UL and CSA applications as printed on the cable, it also includes sun resistance and oil resistance callouts in the factory legend.
