Alpha Wire 5173C SL001 Xtra Guard 1 is a shielded 3-Conductor performance cable built with 16 AWG Tinned Copper Stranded Conductors and a durable PVC Insulation and Jacket system. It features an overall foil and Braid Shield (braid over foil) with a Tinned Copper Drain Wire to help reduce EMI/RFI in demanding control and instrumentation applications. The cable is cabled at 4.4 Twists/foot (min) and includes a nonwoven polyester tape core wrap plus an easy-strip ripcord for efficient installation. Rated 300 V and identified with UL Listed Art 800 and multiple AWM/CM markings per the factory print, it’s designed for reliable performance in industrial environments.
