Alpha Wire 5275C SL001 Xtra Guard 1 is a shielded 5-pair performance cable built for reliable signal integrity in demanding industrial and control applications. It features 24 AWG Stranded Tinned Copper Conductors with PVC Insulation and a PVC Jacket, plus an overall foil and Braid Shield with a Tinned Copper Drain Wire for enhanced noise rejection. The construction includes defined twist rates (9.6 Twists/foot (min) per pair and 4.4 Twists/foot (min) for the cabled components) and a nonwoven polyester tape core wrap. Rated 300 V and identified with UL Listed Art 800 / (UL) Type CM markings in the factory print, it also includes a ripcord for easier Jacket removal.
