Alpha Wire 6392 SL001 is a communication and control industrial cable built with 4 pairs of 28 AWG Stranded Tinned Copper Conductors and a durable PVC Jacket. Each pair is insulated with polyethylene (PE) and cabled with a minimum of 12.0 twists/foot, then assembled with a minimum of 6.0 twists/foot for stable signal performance. For noise reduction in industrial environments, it features an overall foil and Braid Shield, including Alum/Mylar tape (25% overlap min.) and a Tinned Copper braid with 90% coverage (min.). Rated 300 V and listed to UL Listed Art 725 CLASS 2, it’s a strong fit for control, instrumentation, and low-voltage communication runs where shielding and consistent construction matter.
