UL 1022 defines single-conductor wiring with extruded PVC insulation, primarily used for internal appliance wiring. It is rated for 80°C and 600V AC, with horizontal flame resistance and optional oil resistance at 60°C or 80°C. The conductor sizes range from 525 kcmil to 1000 kcmil, either solid or stranded.
