UL 1023 Code Summary
UL 1023 covers single-conductor wiring with extruded PVC insulation used for internal appliance wiring. It is rated for 80°C and 600V AC, with horizontal flame resistance and optional oil resistance at 60°C or 80°C. The conductor sizes range from 1100 kcmil to 2000 kcmil, either solid or stranded.
