UL 1238 Code
UL Style 1238 defines a 600V AC-rated single conductor wire, suited for appliance wiring at temperatures up to 80°C. It features PVC insulation with flame resistance and optional oil resistance at 60°C or 80°C. Additional nylon or lacquered braid covering enhances durability for internal wiring applications.
