UL 1331 Code Summary:
UL 1331 refers to a single conductor with extruded insulation, commonly used for internal wiring of appliances. It is rated for 150°C and 600V AC, with optional oil and gasoline resistance at 60°C or 80°C. The conductor can range from 30 AWG to 4/0 AWG, either solid or stranded, and is insulated with extruded FEP. The wiring is tested for flame resistance and may include optional coverings.
