Summary of UL Style 1340
UL Style 1340 is a specification for single-conductor wire with extruded PVC insulation, intended for internal appliance wiring. Rated for 600 VAC, it withstands temperatures up to 90°C in dry environments and 60°C in oil or moisture conditions. The wire is flame-rated and suitable for conductor sizes from 500 kcmil to 1000 kcmil.
