It is built with 8 pair 18 AWG (7x26) BC - Bare Copper conductors, PVC/Nylon - Polyvinyl Chloride + Nylon insulation, and a tape shield using Bi-Laminate (Alum+Poly) with 100% coverage. This cable is rated 600 V (TC-ER) and 150 V (NPLF) and includes a black PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride outer jacket. It is specified for indoor/outdoor use with sunlight resistance and burial suitability.
