Belden 1099A 010 is a 12 triad 16 AWG VNTC instrumentation cable with a black PVC outer jacket for industrial control, DCS/PLC systems, and signal circuits such as 4-20ma, 0-10v, and RTD. It uses stranded 16 AWG (7x24) BC - Bare Copper conductors with PVC/Nylon insulation and ICEA Chart E1 color coding for consistent identification. For noise protection, each triad is individually shielded, and the cable also includes an overall Beldfoil® shield. It is rated 600 V (TC-ER) and 150 V (NPLF) with UL temperature 90°C Dry, 90°C Wet, and is listed for indoor/outdoor use including sunlight resistance and burial.
