Description
Belden 1585A 009U is a Category 5e premise horizontal cable (200MHz) designed for indoor plenum installations. It features 4 pair of 24 AWG solid bare copper conductors in a U/UTP design and supports Ethernet 1000BASE-T, Ethernet 100BASE-TX, Ethernet 10BASE-T, and PoE++, PoE+, and PoE applications. The Flamarrest® PVC-LS jacket includes a ripcord to help streamline pulls while meeting plenum fire requirements, including NFPA 262 and UL 910 (Plenum). It is designed for standards-based network performance and broad compliance across NEC/UL, TIA, ISO/IEC, and additional regional directives.
