Description
Belden 7890A Z4B is a CM-rated digital audio snake cable designed for multi-channel interconnects between audio equipment such as microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and mixing consoles. It is built with 4 pairs of 26 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors, Datalene® insulation, and individually shielded construction to help reduce noise and crosstalk in live events or studio sound. The design includes Beldfoil® bonded to numbered/color-coded PVC jackets for simultaneous stripping, plus an overall Beldfoil shield and a PVC outer jacket with ripcord. It has 110 Ohm nominal characteristic impedance and 76% nominal velocity of propagation for analog audio in indoor (not Riser or Plenum) applications.
