Belden 7897A T5U DeviceBus® for ODVA DeviceNet™ Cable is designed for device-level communication in industrial automation networks using CIP (common Industrial Protocol). It features 2 pair 15+18AWG (19x27+19x30) TC - Tinned Copper stranded conductors, with PVC/Nylon - Polyvinyl Chloride + Nylon insulation on the power pair(s) and FEP - Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (Foam) insulation on the data pair(s). The cable includes tape, bi-laminate (Alum+Poly) 100% shielding on each pair, plus an overall tinned copper braid (65%) and an 18 AWG (19x30) TC drainwire. A PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride outer jacket supports Indoor, Outdoor, Sunlight Resistance, and Oil Resistance, with a UL Voltage Rating of 600 V (TC-ER) and NEC / UL compliance to Article 336, TC-ER.
