Belden 8142 060 is a Computer EIA RS-232/485 Cable designed for data and control signaling. It is built with 12 twisted pairs plus 1 Conductor using 28 AWG Stranded (7x36) TC - Tinned Copper conductors and Datalene® Insulation. The cable includes an overall Beldfoil® + Tinned Copper Braid Shield (65% coverage) with a Tinned Copper Drain Wire to help reduce noise. It has a PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride jacket in Chrome, with an operating temperature of -30°C to +80°C and a UL Voltage Rating of 30 V (UL AWM 2919).
