Belden 8167 060 is a multi-pair 24 AWG computer and digital audio cable designed for RS-232 extended distance and RS-422 applications, computer communications, and low-voltage analog and digital control signals. It is built with 7 twisted pairs of 24 AWG stranded (7x32) TC - Tinned Copper conductors and a PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride jacket in Chrome. For noise rejection, each pair is individually shielded with tape, bi-laminate (Alum+Poly) at 100% coverage, and the cable also includes an overall 100% tape shield plus a tinned copper braid at 65% coverage. It carries UL voltage rating: 300 V (CM), 300 V (UL AWM 2493) and is rated for indoor environmental suitability.
