Belden 8424 010 is a rugged microphone cable with a Star Quad design for balanced analog audio in studio or live performance environments. It features 4 stranded 20 AWG (26x34) high-conductivity tinned copper conductors with EPDM insulation and an EPDM jacket. Dual braid shielding combines Rayon® braid with an 85% tinned copper braid shield. The cable has a black outer jacket and a 0.294 in (7.47 mm) nominal overall diameter.
