Belden 8521 018 is a low temp plastic lead wire for inter-connection circuits and internal wiring of computer and electronic equipments, including (Type MW) MIL-W-76C-Low Temp applications. It is a 1-conductor 16 AWG (26x30) TC - Tinned Copper wire with PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride insulation. This wire is rated TYPE MW MIL-W-76C-PVC 1000V 80C with a UL voltage rating of 1000 V RMS and a UL temperature of 80°C. It is not shielded and is listed as suitable for outdoor use.
