Description
Belden 8898 010 is a low temp rubber lead wire for demanding test and measurement applications. It is built with 1-conductor 18 AWG (65x36) TC - Tinned Copper and EPDM - Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer insulation, with a black jacket. This cable is rated 10,000 V and supports breakdown voltage up to 29,000 V. It is listed for environmental suitability: outdoor and is not shielded.
Belden 8898 010 Applications
- Use it as a test probe lead for electrical and electronic measuring in test equipment where a dedicated lead wire is required.
- It is also commonly applied as test prod wire and in gas tube sign and ignition cable uses where this type of lead wire is specified.
