Belden 9609 060 is a Computer EIA RS-232 Cable with 24 AWG stranded (7x32) TC - Tinned Copper conductors and a PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride jacket in Chrome. It uses SR-PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride (Semi-Rigid) insulation and an overall Beldfoil® (100% coverage) + Tinned Copper Braid Shield (65% coverage) to help reduce EMI/RFI. Designed for indoor installations, it has a 0.200 in (5.08 mm) nominal overall diameter and is rated 300 V (CMG), 300 V (UL AWM 2464).
