Description
Belden 9829 060 is a low capacitance computer communications cable designed for RS-232 extended distance applications, RS-422 applications, and other low voltage analog and digital control signals. It is built with 2 twisted pairs of 24 AWG stranded (7x32) TC - Tinned Copper conductors and PE - Polyethylene insulation. For noise rejection, it uses an overall Beldfoil® Shield (100% coverage) plus a Tinned Copper braid shield (65% coverage) with a 24 AWG (7x32) TC drain wire. A PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride jacket in Chrome completes the design for indoor installations.
