Belden 9937 060 is a 25-conductor computer EIA RS-232/423 cable designed for data and control signal transmission in demanding indoor installations. It uses 24 AWG stranded (7x32) tinned copper conductors with Datalene® insulation and a PVC jacket in Chrome. For noise rejection, it includes an overall Beldfoil® shield (100% coverage) plus a tinned copper braid shield (65% coverage) with a drain wire. Key electrical characteristics include 24 Ohm/1000ft DCR, 12 pF/ft (39 pF/m) conductor-to-conductor capacitance, and 78% nominal velocity of propagation.
