Belden 9980 010 is a low temp plastic lead wire for inter-connection circuits and internal wiring of computer and electronic equipments. It is built with a 16AWG (19x28) TC - Tinned Copper conductor and PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride insulation in Black. This wire is rated AWM 1061 and includes UL and CSA ratings of 300V RMS and 80°C, with UL Flammability VW-1 and CSA Flammability FT1.
