Chatsworth Products 40164-025 cable runway bonding strap kits create a reliable bonding/ground pathway between cable runway lengths when they are fastened together across splices. Each kit uses an 8”L (200 mm) #6 AWG green insulated stranded copper conductor with a helical yellow stripe, terminated with two-hole compression lugs for secure attachment. Installation requires drilling 5/16” (127 mm) holes, and the lugs feature 1/4” (6.4 mm) bolt holes spaced on 5/8” (15.9 mm) centers. Supplied as a pack of 25 kits with included stainless steel hardware for consistent field installation.
