This L Type, flush-mounted, 1-gang faceplate provides 4 total ports in an ivory finish for a clean, low-profile installation. It is made from high-impact, flame retardant, thermoplastic and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability requirements with UL and cUL safety standards. This part has been discontinued by the supplier; use # 10332491 as the suggested replacement.
