Panduit VS-AVT-C08-L10 is a VeriSafe Absence of Voltage Tester - an installed device that verifies the absence of voltage inside an enclosure at the push of a button, before the door is opened. That is the whole point of it: the check that normally means opening the panel and entering the hazard with a hand-held meter is performed with the enclosure still closed, removing the exposure instead of dressing it in PPE. This configuration ships as the tester with 10 ft. sensor leads, an 8 ft. system cable and an industrial lithium battery, and is built to UL 1436 and IEC 61508.
