Radix DDS12C065 DuraFlex 550 leadwire is built for extreme-heat applications, featuring a 12 AWG nickel plated copper Conductor and a 550 Degrees Centigrade (1022 F) Temperature Rating. Its unique Insulation system is designed to maintain heat-aged flexibility for longer service life and to pass the UL 2X mandrel test after heat aging. A modified silicone Jacket helps reduce dermatitis concerns commonly associated with handling fiberglass and braid fray, while also resisting braid pushback. With excellent cutting and stripping characteristics plus strong dimensional consistency, it’s well-suited for high-volume manufacturing and assembly in harsh environments.
