Radix DDS14C041 DuraFlex 550 leadwire is built for extreme-heat applications, combining a 14 AWG nickel plated copper Conductor with a mica-transparent silicate Insulation system. Rated 550 Degrees Centigrade (1022 F) and 600V, it’s designed to maintain heat-aged flexibility for extended service life in demanding environments. The modified silicone Jacket helps reduce dermatitis concerns commonly associated with fiberglass handling and braid fray, while also resisting braid pushback and mechanical abuse. With clean cutting and stripping characteristics plus dimensional consistency, it’s well-suited for high-volume manufacturing and assembly.
