Radix DDS16C026 DuraFlex 550 leadwire is built for extreme-heat applications, featuring a 550 Degrees Centigrade (1022 F) Temperature Rating and a durable mica-based Insulation system. Its 16 AWG (American Wire Gauge) NICKEL PLATED COPPER Conductor is designed for dependable performance where standard MGT constructions may fall short. The modified silicone Jacket helps reduce handling irritation while improving resistance to braid fray, mechanical abuse, and braid pushback. It also offers strong cutting and stripping characteristics for efficient, high-volume manufacturing and assembly.

• Passes UL 2X mandrel test after heat aging (UL 5128/5107 is 3X mandrel)
