Welding cable. 1/0 Gauge AWG. Flexible conductor with Class K Stranding. EPR (EPDM) Jacket. 600V, with good resistance to oil, flame, solvents, grease, ozone, and abrasion.
Applications
- Designed for welding applications as the secondary cable for an arc-welding generator.
- Its flexibility and tough construction make it suitable for wiring in public lighting systems.
- In marine applications, it is commonly used as battery cables.
- Where allowed, it can be used as battery cables and as temporary and permanent power lead cables in mines and construction sites.
- For tight electrical applications below 600 volts AC, welding cables can actually perform better than battery cables.
